  • Access is granted immediately or shortly after payment.

  • Digital content and services cannot be “returned.”

  • Time, resources, and system capacity are allocated once a user is onboarded.

Therefore, once a service is activated or made available, the transaction is deemed complete and final.


3. No Refund for Non-Usage

Refunds will not be provided in cases where:

  • The user chooses not to use the Services after purchase.

  • The user fails to log in or access the Services.

  • The user claims dissatisfaction after using or partially using the Services.

  • The user forgets to cancel a subscription before renewal.

  • The user experiences personal circumstances that prevent usage (such as travel, illness, or lack of time).

Non-usage of the Services does not constitute grounds for a refund.


4. No Refund on Subscriptions and Renewals

All subscription-based services offered by Wellzy Health are billed in advance (monthly, quarterly, or annually as applicable). Once a subscription is activated or renewed:

  • The subscription fee is non-refundable.

Payments made under promotional offers, special discounts, coupon codes, or limited-time campaigns are strictly non-refundable. Such offers are provided at reduced prices and are considered final sale transactions.


6. Technical Issues

Wellzy Health strives to maintain uninterrupted and error-free services. However, in case of:

  • Temporary service outages

  • Maintenance downtime

  • Internet connectivity issues on the user’s end

  • Device or software incompatibility

No refunds shall be issued for such interruptions. These situations do not qualify as failure of service delivery.
