This program is designed for men and women who want to improve core strength, reduce stubborn belly fat, and work towards visible abdominal definition in a healthy and sustainable way. It is suitable for individuals struggling with lower belly fat, bloating, weak core muscles, post-weight-loss loose midsection, or difficulty achieving abdominal toning despite regular workouts.
